Shipping Policy

At High St. Houseplants, we are dedicated to processing and shipping your orders in a timely manner for the safety of the package contents. Our processing and shipping time frames are as described below: 


Processing time 1-3 (Plants ship Monday-Thursday only, all orders placed after 5pm Thursday will ship  the following Monday to avoid weekend shipping delays)

North America: 1-3 business days


Most plant orders will be shipped with individual packaging, requiring higher price shipping costs at checkout. This shipping method allows us to individually package each plant to the best of our abilities to guarantee a safe delivery. Depending on the items purchased, some orders may qualify for a bundled shipping discount. Qualifying items tend to fall in the 2-4" size bracket, as two smaller plants of this size can be packed together without disturbance during shipping. If your order qualifies for this discount, a shop member will reach out AFTER completion of purchase and issue a partial refund for excess shipping costs. Please note- NOT ALL ORDERS qualify for this bundling discount. For the safety of your items, larger plants ranging from 4-8"+ must be individually packed and shipped separately, resulting in itemized shipping charges. We do our best as a small business to reduce shipping costs and offer discounts when able.

Return & Exchange Policy

All non-plant orders are eligible for return or exchange within a 30 day period after the purchase date.  At this time we are not accepting plant returns. All plants are final sale items. This includes plants in plastic nursery pots, plants potted in any other container, and air plants. We do, however, offer cancellation of any order that has not shipped and guarantee the health of our plants for 5 days after your order has been received/picked up. If your plant is exhibiting signs of disease or pests, please email photos along with a description of the issue and your order details (including your order/receipt number) to or (we monitor both!) and we will process a refund in the form of store credit.
